Can you please give me some advices on my backhand? How to keep the stroke forward insted of out to the side and not go up with the stroke so i finishing forward instead of up. One more thing how to keep the elbow fixt? Some like gudelines on these tre topics, so i can really now that my elbow is fixt for example.
