Coach CornerEquipmentblade-rubber-review

Things are working well with slowing down the strokes and feeling/spinning the ball. Thanks!
As mentioned, I am an inverted allround player with chop plus attack. I currently play a Donic DefPlay senso with Xiom Vega Europe on both sides. I can do quite a bit with it and there is a lot of feel in the set up. Should I be considering an allround blade such as the Applegren with the Senso handle (for feel) to get more power? Need to chop as well. Thoughts and thanks!

Hey Bobv,

Great to hear that things are improving with the feeling and slowing things down for you. I would say to be honest for the time being stick with what you have, it’s most important to be comfortable and confident with your equipment set up and as you said you feel you can do a lot woth it and it has a nice feel. So no reason to change just yet. Keep working on the areas you have been and then perhaps in the future along the line you may find that you need a touch more speed or power etc if you are very comfortable with your defensive game.

I think having good control and being used to your equipment is so important and often players change too soon. So my advice would be stay with what you have, for the time being at least 🙂
