Coach CornerFootworkcrossover-problem
Hamza Caratela asked 4 weeks ago

Hi guys, I’ve been having this problem where I can’t play a decent FH in the crossover point when appropriate. I can’t play a BH perfectly fine but I can’t get that FH in despite me being low and on the balls of my feet. How do I go with this?
Thanks

Hey Hamza, ok so the main thing that really helps get into position for a forehand in the crossover is shifting your right foot backwards slightly with a quick step, this means you can open up your body and it creates the space for you to turn and play a forehand there.

This is something I use a lot and should really make a difference!
