Hi Brunvera,

I know exactly this feeling you have very well! You are not alone trust me, when I first saw myself on film I was shocked and even watching myself now there are things I don’t like so much and would change!

So its really good that you are brave enough to do this and you are right its a fantastic way to learn faster because sometimes things look different to how they feel.

The best way to get mode arm speed in the topspin is to try to stay relaxed and loose and make use of the body rotation and weight transfer which will allow you to keep the arm more realxed and accelerate quicker. Maybe take a look at our “How to get more power with the forehand topsin” video, that will help too.

Keep up the filming and you’ll see improvements faster than you think, great work Brunvera 🙂
