Hi guys, I’m trying to look for new rubbers and I’m not sure what degrees is or thickness. What difference does thickness make? What are degrees? I hope understand my question?

Hey Hamz, the thickness is just the sponge thickness and the thicker the faster the rubber will be. The Degrees is how hard the sponge is so the higher the degrees the harder the sponge is.

Hey Dan that makes sense! I am recently trying to find a new rubber for my BH side. I’ve asked my clubmates and they said DHS 880 is a good choice. I’m currently using a viscaria FL and hurricane 3 neo on both sides. Fo you think it’s a good choice? My BH is my main strength and I’m looking to get more speed in my shot while maintaining spin. What do you think about hurricane 880? Thanks
