Generally on a slow topspin with Spin from the forhand side Is IT better to play a forhand Punch or playing a forhand counter topspin with late contact. So what should i mostly play in These Kind of balls ?

A forehand counter is best in this situation, you want to aim to hit the ball just slightly after the top of the bounce and not too late. This will give you the most control and stability
