half-long-serve

There are a few key things to doing this well, contacting the ball low and get a soft brushing contact too. The number one key thing to getting the correct length on a half long serve is the first bounce on your side of the table, you need to aim for about half way on your side of the table with the bounce to make it half long on your opponents side.
Serving is an area that needs plenty of practice to get real quality and consistency, feel free to send us in a video and we can have a look at your serves and give you some feedback.
