How to loop heavy spin with two bounces against backspin

Heu dude, when the ball bounces twice with heavy backspin it’s very very difficult to loop, almost impossible, so I’d suggest trying to step in and flick or push this ball back ?

I mean when the opponent Push long and I loop heavy spin but with two bounces
