How should i structure my Training Sassions
Hi so generally i would like you to ask how should i structure my Training Sassions to get better at Matchplay i mean i am a Backhand dominant Player that Always try to rellay on His Backhand Attack also From the middle. Also i am Training now 3 Times a week and i think very specific how should i train. So so you have maybe a generell advice for me how to structure It and also how Most Players do IT in this Situation ? Because in the Training right now i Just try to pick Up a exersice to Work on my Strenght Like the backhand topspin from the backhand Side but also From the middle and also i try to Work on my weakness Like having advanced serve Return and also playing in better topspins on Backspin and Footwork. But maybe could you give me a more clear Structure how i should structure my Training Sassions If i am Training 3 Times a week i mean maybe you know a much better Idea for me to get better in Match Play Overtime faster ?
So with training session it’s important to of course work on your strengths and weaknesses, usually players will start with a short warm up, then go into 1 or 2 regular footwork drills to get the shots going and footwork moving. Then you would move onto more irregular drills so where you don’t always know where the ball is going. The moving onto serve and return drills to focus on the areas in matches you feel are weak and then finish up with some match play to put everything into practice, that’s what a normal session would mostly be like.
