how-to-play-to-the-crossover-point-white-backhand-and-forehand

Hi Hugoekeroth,
Do you mean switching from your crossover point and then wide backhand and wide forehand? Whats important in these types of situations is footwork and balance and trying to stay low as you move around the table.
Especially when moving to backhand you need to get your body behind the ball first before trying to play the ball, and with wide forehand it’s important to not reach out abd to first move your feet before thinking ablut playing the ball.
When you practice try to focus on the movement and body positions while staying low to avoid the shots becoming less controlled and unbalanced.
