Hey guys, I just want to ask a simple question, how do you reset after each point. Whether you won the point or not. How would you do this? I really want to work on my mental strength.
Thanks

Hey Hamza, sometimes it’s good to just have a routine after each point to help you focus, like bouncing the ball when you serve. But I would say the main thing is to put that last point out of your mind and try to re-focus on the tactics that have been working well for you and how to get that into play. Dan 🙂

Hey Dan, thanks for the reply. The thing is that I have a lot of OCD and sometimes I just cant let go of the previous points that I missed. I have this tendency to play “perfect” which is making it harder for me to have a routine after each point. Despite me bouncing the ball I just cant think properly. What could you advice me here?
Thanks
