hi, i play table tennis for 10 years now and i noticed that my left side is much bigger than right side (i play with left hand) my question is what exercises you recomend to address/fix this imbalance? thx
Hey, yes many players find they actually havevthis imbalance. Press ups and tricep dips are great to even this out and also we have a few exercise band drills which are good for this which you can see in our quarantine tt video 7. Things like swimming are also great to use both sides of the body too, along with light weights doing exercises like shoulder press or bicep curls. Hope that helps 🙂
