Hey Hugo, the best way to keep the shoulder from raising in the forehand loop is to focus on being relaxed and having a smooth swing. The emphasis should be on the lower arm where the elbow is hinging so you get the snap in the forearm. Also if you can get good body rotation and weight transfer this will help your arm stay relaxed and the shoulder to stay down in the shot 🙂
