I feel very slow footed at times, but during the rally it’s tough to react fast enough to move my feet to the right position. Is there any tips or tricks that you guys have to keep myself light on the feet and moving better?

Hey Kevin, I think being relaxed and not getting tense definitely helps with this and of course trying to focus on it when doing footwork drills! I think doing irregular footwork drills where you aren’t sure on where the ball is going is great because it improves your ability to adjust quickly and move well.
