We speak about feeling the ball in many of our videos and this exercise used regularly in Sweden by players when warming up is a great way to develop feeling and control. We demonstrate the drill and how it can help you control incoming spin as well as gain a softer feel and touch on the ball which can be transferred into other areas of your game. This drill is simple but can take a while to fully master and become comfortable with, it can be great as part of a warm up routine or even built into part of your training.
