Hi i have a question so i really want to Improve my Footwork a lot for table tennis and especially my Footwork as i Play the forhand topspin. So what i am already doing is 1 time a week Strenght Training in the Gym and 1 time a week Like Sprints and other dynamic jump exersices. Also i am playing around 3 Times a week table Tennis and doing every day in the Morning for 5 Minutes Low stance exersices to really fix my posture because i am a tall Player. And my Schedule Is Like this Monday Table Tennis Training, Tuesday Strenght Training and table Tennis Training, Wednesday free, Thursday table Tennis Training, Saturday Sprint a dynamic jump Training. I would like to ask for Wednesday and also friday Like 2 Times a week i think If i will do Specialized Footwork Drills i will improve my table Tennis Footwork Long Term fast. You would suggest me maybe on These days doing a 10 min lateral Drills Routine. Can you maybe make for me a Routine for around 10 min 2 Times a week i mean exact exersices with time Limits to improve my Footwork maximally as i can IT would Help a Lot because i dont know how to structure this in the best way ?

Hey Gabriel, I think the 2 best ways to improve footwork are on the table regular and irregular drills where you focus on keeping the ball on the table and just trying to move well and improve the speed of your footwork. The 2nd one is ladder and cone drills. Have a look at this video https://tabletennisdailyacademy.com/videos/3-simple-cone-drills-to-improve-explosive-movement/

This will give you some good ideas to get started!
