We’ve had a few questions and requests on coach corner about how to structure training sessions and how to make the most of your time at the table. It can be hard to know how much time to spend on each area, should you focus the whole session on your weaknesses or serve and return, footwork or even improving your strengths further?? This video looks at how to maximise your training time, plan better quality sessions and get a good structure which will allow you to improve faster. Dan and Tom discuss from their personal experience what they found to be the best ways to focus your time in training and how much time to spend on each specific area so you gain the most benefit from every time you go to the table!
