This video aims to help you improve your irregular movement when doing drills and then the ultimate irregular situation- match play. We take a look at some footage from a user sent into coach corner and analyse what he can do to improve his movement, we show the difference between this and coach Tom doing the same drill. Being stable and balanced when moving will not only help consistency and minimize the times you get caught out of position but allow you more opportunities to use your strengths more often and put pressure on your opponents.
